Great! You probably know this but if you have any questions about elemental, there are many parents who use/have used it with there chidren on dragonpack (support site for parents of IBD kids) and they are happy to answer questions. Margaret Oppenheimer (who wrote Beat Crohn's) also posts there and often responds to questions - it's a great resource.
